Sunset Point honors Good Sam, FMCA & TACO member discounts

A 3 or 4 night stay is required on holiday or special event weekends; 3 night stay required for summer weekends; and 2 night stay all other reservations.

Quiet time 10 PM to 8 AM.

Check-in time is 1 PM and check-out time is 12 Noon. Early arrival or late check-out must be approved by Park Office and additional fees will apply.

Day Guests are limited to 4 per RV site, must register at office or gate, pay fees and obtain car pass, and must exit Park by 10 PM.

Boat ramp and courtesy docks are available. Boat trailers must be parked in designated area only.

Tents and sleeping outdoors is strictly prohibited.

Pets on leash only, cannot be left unattended, walked in designated areas only (no pets in Day Use area or inside any buildings), and cleaned up after. Loud barking or aggressive pet behavior will not be tolerated.

Trash must be placed in plastic bags at curb of your RV site by 10 AM for pickup.

RV rates are for two people per site. Charges for additional people (6 years or older) are $2.00 per person per day.

Cancellations must be 14 days in advance (30 days for summer months, monthly reservations, holidays, multiple units and special events) for deposit refund less 20% cancellation fee. No deposit refund for cancellations within specified limits. No refunds for early departure or inclement weather. Reservation deposits are not transferable. YOUR DEPOSIT GUARANTEES A RESERVATION BUT NOT A SPECIFIC RV SITE.

No smoking in any resort buildings. No glass containers allowed on Park grounds.

Monthly Rates Vary With Season. Contact the Park Office. ANNUAL & SEASONAL SITES AVAILABLE.

Handicapped Accessible Showers and restrooms in Commons building.

Coin Laundry and Card/Game Room

RVs more than 10 years old must be preapproved by Park management before setup in Park.

Sunset Point reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Park guests and/or their day or overnight guests that do not abide by Park rules will be required to leave Park immediately with no refund of fees paid.
